Tracks cell voltage, temperature, and charge cycles in real time. Predicts remaining flight range and flags degraded cells before they cause a mission abort.

Motor & vibration sensors

Accelerometers and current sensors on each motor detect imbalance, bearing wear, and abnormal load patterns — catching mechanical faults before they become failures.

Structural integrity sensors

Strain gauges on the frame and arms detect flex and impact stress. The platform flags drones that have sustained landing impacts beyond the acceptable threshold.

GPS & IMU fusion
