Cookie Policy
This policy explains how and why Meshintex uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and products.
Introduction
Meshintex is operated by Meshintex, Inc. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit. They let the website remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, or display settings) over a period of time, so you don't have to re-enter them each time you come back or browse between pages.
We also use similar technologies such as web beacons (small transparent images used to measure email opens or page views), pixels, local storage, and session storage. In this policy, “cookies” refers to all of these technologies collectively.
First-party vs. third-party cookies
First-party cookies are set by Meshintex directly when you visit our website or use our products. Third-party cookies are set by services we embed — for example analytics, support chat, or video players. Third-party cookies are controlled by those services, and their use is governed by the respective provider's privacy policy.
Categories of cookies we use
1. Strictly necessary
Essential for the website and our products to work. They enable core functionality such as signing you in, keeping your session secure, load balancing, and recording your cookie preferences. These cannot be switched off — if you block them, parts of the website will not function. They do not store any personally identifiable information for marketing purposes.
2. Functional
Allow us to remember choices you make (such as your language, region, or display preferences) to provide a more personalised experience. If you disable these, some parts of the website may not work as expected.
3. Analytics / performance
Help us understand how visitors interact with the website — which pages are most visited, how visitors move through the site, and whether they encounter errors. The information is aggregated and used to improve the website. Where required by law, these cookies are only set with your consent.
4. Marketing
Used to measure the effectiveness of our marketing and, where applicable, to show you relevant content on other websites. We currently do not use marketing cookies.
How long do cookies stay on your device?
- Session cookies — temporary cookies deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a set period (usually between 30 days and 24 months) or until you delete them manually.
Do we sell your data via cookies?
No. Meshintex does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Your choices: managing cookies
You have several ways to control cookies:
- Browser settings — most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies. Instructions are available for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
- Do Not Track — we do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as there is no common industry standard, but we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required.
- Opting out of analytics — you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on if you wish to opt out of Google Analytics tracking.
Please note that blocking or deleting cookies may affect your experience on the website, and some features may not work correctly.
Cookies in the Meshintex product
When you sign in to the Meshintex product, we use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session, keep your account secure, and remember your in-product preferences. These cookies are not optional — without them, the product cannot function. We do not use marketing cookies inside the product.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| demo_session | Maintains the authenticated session after signing in to the Meshintex demo. Without this cookie the product cannot identify you as logged in. | 8 hours | Strictly necessary |
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice — for example, by email to account holders or a prominent notice on the website.
