California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
Meshintex is committed to the privacy rights of California residents under the CCPA and its amendment, the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Introduction
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives California residents greater control over their personal information. Meshintex, Inc. strongly believes that customers should be able to control their data and trust that their information is protected when stored with our service. We hold ourselves to strict data security and privacy standards, including full CCPA/CPRA compliance.
Our CCPA commitments
We do not sell your data
Meshintex does not buy, sell, or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our business is built on IoT monitoring and data services for your infrastructure — not on reselling the data we collect.
New rights & requests
The CCPA gives California consumers rights over their personal information: the right to access it, the right to have it deleted, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing.
API-based compliance support
Our APIs allow you to meet consumers' requests for access — you can retrieve, correct, and delete personal information that Meshintex has processed on your behalf.
Opt-in / opt-out controls
Our platform's opt-in/opt-out features allow you to meet your privacy obligations by not tracking or collecting information from users who have opted out.
Custom data collection
Our implementation features allow you to customise the data you collect from your users, so you can limit the amount of personal information collected — or collect none at all.
Strong encryption
Meshintex applies cryptographic controls across its platform to protect personal information, encrypting data both in transit and at rest using strong, industry-standard algorithms.
Meshintex has a team of privacy and security professionals dedicated to our compliance and to helping you maintain your compliance and confidence when using our services.
